Hello, my name is Peter, I have been a chef for the last 15 years.
My career started back in Poland, from a young age cooking at my family country restaurant.
I found my love of food then, I knew that I wanted to be a professional chef.
My career in England started at the Michelin star restaurant “Thackerays” in Tunbridge Wells for the celebrity chef Richard Philips where I worked for two and half years. After “Thackerays” I moved to Glyndebourne Opera House where I worked for two seasons as a lead chef of a very busy section.
I then started my own franchise for a busy, local and well established pub in Brighton, “Dover Castle”. Here I started to build up a good reputation for fresh local fish dishes, for which I am well known locally, fish being my forte.
I am still looking for new challenges, where I can use all my knowledge, experience, and kitchen skills, where the wall is not separating me from customers, where I can meet many new interesting people and every week is different.
