After you contact us, we will arrange a consultation
At our pre-arranged visit to your home or venue, we will need to see the kitchen to make sure you have all the necessary equipment and space for your gathering to run smoothly. We will discuss the menu, number of guests, and any special requests you may have.
You can choose from our extensive menu or we are happy to prepare anything you like.
We next arrange the event booking
We will require a deposit of 20% to secure you booking, then on the day of the event we will collect the balance due.
We will contact you again to confirm the final price.
On the day of the event
We will shop for the freshest ingredients possible using local markets and supplies. Then we arrive at your event or home. Together we organize the dining area, then we prepare the food (some basic food may be prepared by us in advance if necessary).
We will cook and serve the food , the table will be cleared after dining, the kitchen will also be cleaned leaving you no other responsibility than entertaining your guests over coffee and dessert.
Special requirements
Usually, every guest has the same starter, main and desert, but we are happy to adapt dishes to suit those who have any allergies, intolerances or special requests. Please let us know beforehand of any such requirements.
